Took my vehicle in for a check engine light, dropped it off and had to leave it for 2 days. Picked the vehicle up and found McDonalds pancake and syrup all over the carpet. When ask I was told WE DIDN"R DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE.. Which was a out and out lie as ED the service tech told me he drove it several time to check the light. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE! I WILL NEVER GO BACK BASED ON THE GM treatment of me.

Ive been having troubles with my exhaust and went to them for a quote, they ended up looking at my whole car giving prices on everything. I didnt ask them to do that, as a customer thats big for me, service was amazing, workers really helpful, any problems I have or you have I recommend going to them they can do more then all the shops near me and love that.

I took my Audi A8L to these guys because no one could seem to find out why my a/c wouldnt blow cold. After spending some timely diagnostics, Ed and Steven the tech that worked on my car found the electrical issue and fixed it at a very price. Im very thankful and would recommend anyone to go there. Top service and very caring.

Ryan and the team at Tuffy goes out of their way to provide great customer service. My overall experience has been great from making the appointment through competition of the service. I was quoted a price for the work and after they analyzed the vehicle they determined the price would be higher. Unlike most shops Ryan kept his word and put in a discount to keep the price at what he quoted. Tuffy will be my repair shop for all future needs.

I dont normally leave reviews on sites but the service I received from this Tuffy location was outstanding. They were quick to get back to me with the what needed to be fixed on my vehicle. I was provided with three sets of options on repairs my vehicle needed with safety at the forefront of their options. Jeremy and Ryan were both very knowledgeable and explained all the issues in terms that I could understand so I could make a sound decision on what direction I wanted to take. I would recommend that anyone with vehicle issues take their vehicle to this location, you wont be disappointed, by the best customer service I have receive in a long time.

They did and alignment on the Mercedes E63 AMG and did a terrific job, completed it in a timely fashion as well. Pricing was more than half of what Mercedes-Benz of Naperville quoted me. There is a new manager whose # 1 goal is customer service it seems, extremely helpful and courteous.

I took my car into the 135th St. Tuffy in Plainfield, IL for a broken heater. I had already been two weeks without heat. They took it in as soon as I dropped it off just before closing. When I called the next morning they indicated that they found nothing wrong but were going to leave it out in the cold and test it again. I went to pick it up that afternoon and was astonished with the bill - ZERO! If I went to a Ford dealer and got similar results, I could expect to pay $100-200 for their time. When I got in the car and cranked the temp to 80 it was toasty as can be. This Tuffy location has always treated me fairly and recommended the least costly repairs but this tops it all. They have all my non-warranty business for sure.
